Two glass fronted cupboards allow you to show off accessories whilst not in use, and the three drawers finished with farmhouse style handles offer a space to keep clutter hidden away. Finished with vintage style carved legs that sit on a lower shelf, this sideboard is the perfect addition to our Faded Elegance trend.

I’m a big fan of this Aldina sideboard for its hand-distressed oak finish and turned legs, which bring just the right amount of character without feeling too rustic. It sits equally well in a contemporary country kitchen or a pared-back living room, and the glazed cabinets are perfect for showing off glassware or ceramics while keeping dust at bay. To style, I’d top it with a sculptural lamp on one side and a low vase of seasonal blooms on the other, then tuck a stack of coffee-table books or a slim tray of candles in the open plinth to balance the weight and add a lived-in feel.
