I’m a fan of this teal tub chair for its neat, curved shape and solid oak legs - it’s comfy without taking up much room. Its clean lines suit contemporary, Scandi-inspired or coastal interiors and the muted teal adds a fresh pop without overwhelming a palette of neutrals or soft pastels.
For styling, tuck it into a reading corner alongside a slim side table and floor lamp, or use it at the end of a bed as an extra seat. In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
