The Alby Patchwork Kids rug pairs cosy comfort with fun playful design. The colour palettes add a contemporary twist on this scandi-inspired children's rug. Woven in Turkey in 100% polypropylene, this rug is durable and perfect for playtime as it is soft on tiny hands and knees. This rug is perfectly sized for nursery's, bedrooms, and creating the perfect playtime spot. Don't forget to buy our handy anti-slip mat,. Here,. Available in a range of sizes. This is a hard wearing machine made rug. When opening, re-roll your rug pile out and leave in a warm room for 24 hours before putting in place, this will help to reduce wrinkles and curling from packing. A small amount of fibre loss is normal on a new rug. Do not pull any loose threads, please cut them carefully with scissors to remove. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this may cause fading of the colour. Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear and reduce pressure marks from furniture. Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth - do not rub as this may stain the fibres. Vacuum your rug regularly to remove everyday dirt, we recommend the use of a suction type vacuum cleaner as a rotating vacuum brush can cause damage to the pile surface. We recommend the use of an anti-slip mat beneath your rug to prevent it from slipping and sliding out of place. Latex is used on the back of this rug. Please do not leave babies or young children unsupervised on this rug.
I really like this grey and brown patchwork rug - it’s a versatile piece that effortlessly brings texture and warmth to a space. The neutral tones make it suitable for a variety of interiors, from cosy transitional spaces to more modern, minimalist rooms. It works particularly well layered over lighter flooring to add visual interest without overpowering the room. Practical styling tips include pairing it with simple, clean-lined furniture to let the pattern stand out, or layering with a larger, neutral base rug for an eclectic look. It’s also a great option for adding a touch of comfort to a child's bedroom or playroom, thanks to its soft, inviting fibres.
