Description
The Alba Photo Frame in 5x7 is a quietly elegant addition to any home or interior scheme, designed to display cherished photographs with understated sophistication. Clean in profile and refined in finish, the frame carries a timeless quality that sits comfortably within both contemporary and more traditional settings. Its proportions are well-considered the 5x7 format is one of the most universally used photograph sizes, making this frame immediately practical without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. The finish suggests a considered approach to material and tone, with a palette that complements rather than competes with surrounding decor. Whether positioned on a mantelpiece, bedside table, shelf, or desk, the Alba frame holds its own as a singular piece while also working harmoniously within a curated grouping of frames in varied sizes. This layering potential is particularly useful for retailers, as it encourages multiple purchases and lends itself naturally to gifting a strong selling point across homeware and lifestyle categories. The frame's restrained design language ensures longevity of appeal; it does not feel trend-led, meaning it remains relevant across seasonal ranges and broader interior styles. From minimal Scandi-influenced spaces to warmer, more eclectic interiors, the Alba integrates with ease. For trade buyers, this is a reliable, commercially accessible product visually appealing on-shelf, straightforward to merchandise, and with broad demographic reach. For the end consumer, it offers a simple, elegant way to personalise a living space.
Our Stylist Says
I love this wooden frame for its versatile, timeless look-its white finish adds a fresh, clean touch that works well in both modern and traditional interiors. It’s a great choice for neutral or pastel colour schemes, and it can easily be styled on shelves, desks, or hung on the wall. For practical styling, pair it with black and white photography or light botanical prints to enhance its understated charm. Its 5x7 size makes it perfect for small to medium-sized images, adding a personalised touch without overwhelming the space. This frame suits many settings, from cosy country cottages to sleek city apartments, making it a flexible choice for most interiors.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
