A contemporary rug with a Berber style, dense, thick and soft. Akoris mixes textures and shapes, sand and mottled grey tones. It is woven and knotted by hand by Indian artisans, with ancient know-how. Its pattern is formed by the texture of the washed wool wicks, on a darker background. Thermal and sound insulation, an exclusive AMPM product. Product Details • 78% wool, 17% viscose, 5% other fibres • Craftsmanship:Hand woven • Weight: 2300g/m2 • Thickness: 15-20mm. Quality Info • Handcrafted, each piece is unique and has its own shades of colour that may differ from one rug to another. • Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. A wool rug is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator. Care Advice • Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres. The pilling will improve over time. • We advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush. • Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. • Dry clean recommended.
