Its natural oak finish sits well in contemporary, Scandi-inspired or relaxed country schemes, and the neutral cushion means you can swap in a patterned pad or bolster to suit the season. For styling, layer a slim runner rug in front, perch a couple of ceramic vases or a low tray with keys on one corner and hang a round or rattan mirror above to bounce light.
