What you need to know Medium comfort level. Seat suspension: zig zag springs. Seat cushioning: pocket spring and high-resilience foam. Seat cushioning is fixed. Back suspension: zig zag spring. Back cushioning: foam. Back cushioning is fixed. Arm cushioning: foam. Back is removable for ease of access. Please allow time for the recliner mechanism to ease. Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type. Leather has unique marks and characteristics with variance in colour and texture. Leather softens with use. Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly. To smooth and straighten fixed cushions, punch the back cushion’s top two corners and the seat cushion’s outer two corners, and pinch outwards. Please read our upholstery care guide for more advice.
