Description

* High low cut and loop pile * Stripe Border Design * 100% Wool * Curved corner detail Abel Border Wool Rug brings a touch of understated design to your living space. Crafted from 100% wool, this design features a charming striped border and curved irregular edges that adds character to any room. The wool construction adds a cosy insulating layer to any floor creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. With its gentle design and easy-to-style aesthetic, this rug brings quiet elegance to busy living areas. Why Wool? Choose wool for its natural durability, cosy warmth, and easy maintenance. Naturally resilient, wool fibres bounce back easily, making them ideal for high-traffic areas. They also act as a natural sound and heat insulator, helping to create a quieter, cosier space. The Rug Pictured is: 160cm x 230cm. Care:Wool is a natural fibre, and shedding is normal for a long period. Unroll your rug and leave for 24 hours during first use. Maintain your Wool rug by vacuuming regularly with a nozzle attachment, this will reduce shedding over time. Cut any loose fibres with scissors, do not pull. For accidental spills blot immediately and spot clean with a damp white cloth, do not rub or over saturate the fibres to keep them soft and plush. Add an anti-slip underneath your rug to prevent slipping. Rotate every few months to prolong the life of your rug.

Our Stylist Says

I really like the Abel Border Wool Rug for its versatile, neutral tone and simple border detail, making it a great foundation for a range of interiors. It works particularly well in cosy living rooms or bedrooms, adding warmth and texture underfoot without overwhelming the space. To style it effectively, consider layering with other textiles like throws and cushions in complementary colours or textures to create a inviting, layered look. It also pairs nicely with both modern and traditional furnishings, making it a flexible choice for most schemes. Practically, its wool composition ensures durability and comfort, ideal for everyday living. Just ensure it’s placed on a non-slip underlay to keep it securely in position.

A Legacy of Home Comfort Dunelm's Journey

Dunelm isn't just another store; it's a British legacy. Kicked off in 1979 by the dynamic duo, Bill and Jeany Adderley, what began as a simple market stall in Leicester transformed into one of the UK's most prominent home furnishings retailers.

Fast forward a bit, and their first brick-and-mortar store sprang to life in Leicester in 1984. Dunelm didn't stop there, making waves throughout the decades, innovating and expanding, launching an online shopping experience, and securing its place on the London Stock Exchange.

With a whopping 177 stores across the UK, Dunelm isn't just about selling items; it's about crafting experiences. Many of their stores come with cosy Pausa cafes, offering a space to relax and refuel.

And if you've ever felt like joining a community, they've got dedicated Facebook groups for each store locality. It's not just about buying a product; it's about being part of the Dunelm family.
