Our Stylist Says
The Abbey wall light in silver offers a versatile addition to both classic and contemporary interiors. Its neutral tone and simple yet elegant design make it suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, or hallways where you want to add a subtle glow. I love how it combines a traditional lampshade with a sleek silver finish, allowing it to blend seamlessly with various colour schemes and styles. For practical styling, consider positioning it next to armchairs or bedsides for focused task lighting, or use multiples along a corridor for uniform illumination. Pairing it with warm-toned bulbs can help create a cosy atmosphere, while its understated look ensures it won't overpower existing decor.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
