I’m a fan of the Abbey TV unit for its mix of warm, reclaimed-style oak and slim, black metal legs - it instantly adds character without feeling heavy. It suits industrial, Scandi-style or eclectic living rooms and plays nicely against pale walls or darker, moody schemes.
Styling tip: tuck unsightly cables behind the back panel, then balance one side with a low-profile vase and the other with a small stack of books. Use the drawers for remotes and charging leads, while the side cubbies are perfect for magazines or a slim speaker.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
