Our Stylist Says
I love this blackout roller blind for its sleek, minimalist look and practicality. The black colour adds a contemporary edge, making it versatile for various interiors - from modern city flats to more classic, monochrome schemes. Its trimmable feature is a real bonus, letting you customise the length for a perfect fit. I’d recommend pairing it with neutral or metallic accessories to enhance its clean lines. It works particularly well in bedrooms or media rooms where controlling light and creating a cosy atmosphere are priorities. Practical styling tips include combining it with sheer curtains for a layered look or using it alongside statement wall colours to make the blind stand out subtly.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
