If the wax is too cold it can affect the burn, resulting in tunnelling. - Make sure the first burn is at least 2 hours long, but try to avoid burning it for more than 4 hours at a time. - Allow for the wax pool to have melted all the way to the edge, before extinguishing. This will prevent the tunnelling effect. - Please trim the wick, this provides an even burn, we suggest keeping the wick at around 10mm (depending on the size of the candle). - Ensure there is no dirt or debris sitting on the wax, this can affect the flame and/or cause unnecessary smoke. - Keep out of direct sunlight. - Keep out of reach of children and animals. - Do not leave burning unattended. - If on skin, rinse immediately with soapy water - it may cause an allergic skin reaction.
