I’m a big fan of this industrial-style shelving unit for its clean lines and mix of warm wood with slim black metal supports - it feels sturdy without looking bulky. It works particularly well in loft-inspired or modern farmhouse schemes, but also sits comfortably in Scandi or minimalist spaces where a touch of texture is needed.
To style it, vary the height of your objects - stack books horizontally and vertically, tuck in a low plant beside a taller vase, and use a couple of woven baskets on the bottom shelf to hide away clutter. Leave a bit of breathing space around each item so the display never feels overcrowded, and repeat one or two accent colours across all four levels to tie everything together.
