Description

Our new 30cm Laser Cut Shade adds a modern look to your interior, with a Grey finish that fits perfectly with any interior style. The minimal, cylindrical shade is adorned with a beautiful arrangement of laser cut diamond details, allowing the light within to glow through the pattern and project a unique look into your home. With easyfit capability, you can quickly and easily incorporate this accessory into your home.

Our Stylist Says

I love this grey easyfit shade because of its clean, contemporary look and the subtle laser cut design, which adds texture without overwhelming a space. It's versatile enough to work well in both modern and minimalist interiors, as well as more neutral or industrial themes. Practical styling tips include pairing it with matte black or brushed metal fittings to enhance its modern feel, or combining it with patterned or colourful decor for a balanced contrast. Its neutral grey hue makes it a flexible choice that can anchor a room’s colour palette and bring a softer, sophisticated touch to any ceiling lighting scheme.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
