Description

3 Pack of Ruva Fire Rated LED IP65 Downlight, Antique Copper

Our Stylist Says

I really like the 3 Pack of Ruva Fire Rated LED IP65 Downlights in antique copper for adding warmth and character to modern or industrial-style interiors. The antique copper finish offers a subtle, vintage touch that works beautifully in kitchens, bathrooms, or feature ceilings where you seek a softer, more cosy lighting effect. These are practical too, with fire-rated safety features and IP65 waterproofing, making them suitable for damp environments. For styling, consider installing them in a symmetrical pattern for a sleek look, or scatter them unevenly for a more curated, ambient vibe. The copper finish can elevate understated ceilings, pairing well with mixed metals or natural textures for a balanced, contemporary aesthetic.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
