Our Stylist Says
I really like these stools for their clean, modern look and practical features. The dark brown finish offers versatility, working well in contemporary kitchens, breakfast bars, or even stylish home cafes. The high backrest adds comfort and support, making them suitable for extended sitting. Since they are adjustable, they can adapt seamlessly to different counter heights or preferences, which is a great plus for mixed-use spaces. When styling, consider pairing them with minimalist or industrial interiors, as the metal frame lends an edgy vibe, while a touch of texture on cushions or surrounding decor can soften the overall look. These are perfect for adding a sleek, functional element to casual, yet polished spaces.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
