Our Jack Stonehouse 2.7m Half-round parasol is a stylish and practical sunshade solution, perfect for enjoying smaller patio or balcony spaces where a full round or square parasol would be impractical. Made from quality UV-resistant 160gsm polyester (PP) in contemporary grey, this parasol incorporates an air vent which helps protect against gusts of wind, and a hand-crank to ease raising and lowering of the canopy, allowing you to enjoy any outdoor space without the full glare of the sun. And with a sturdy 38mm steel central pole and five steel ribs, high quality and functionality are never sacrificed for the sake of bringing style and convenience to your smaller outdoor spaces. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
