I’d call this the Hylte sideboard - a clean-lined oak piece that’s perfect for Scandi, minimal or mid-century schemes. Its light tone and simple joints let it sit quietly against pale walls or provide a warm counterpoint in darker rooms. At 172 cm wide, it’s ideal as an entryway console, behind a sofa or beneath a long mirror in the dining area.
For styling, keep clutter to a minimum: group a low vase of foliage, a slim table lamp and a stack of books towards one end, leaving the middle clear to show off the grain. Tuck away smaller items in the drawers and use a runner or tray to define a coffee-station or display zone. Add a round mirror above for balance and extra light.
