I’m a fan of this cube shelf for its clean lines and flexible layout - the staggered compartments let you mix books, plants and display pieces without things looking too regimented. The rich brown finish works particularly well in contemporary or industrial-inspired interiors, but it’ll also warm up a minimalist or Scandi-style room.
For styling, aim to balance heavier items (hardback books, ceramic vases) with lighter accents (small potted succulents, framed prints) and leave a couple of cubes empty to avoid a cluttered look. You can tuck woven baskets into lower cubes for hidden storage, and adding a slim LED strip along the back will give a subtle, gallery-style glow.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
