& Tradition Drip HW116 dining table 83x193 cm Black frame-clear lacq. oak
Our Stylist Says
I love this dining table for its sleek, contemporary look that seamlessly blends a minimalist aesthetic with practical design. The black frame adds a modern edge, while the clear lacquered oak surface brings warmth and texture, making it versatile enough to suit both Scandinavian-inspired schemes and more industrial interiors. It works especially well in open-plan kitchens or dining areas with neutral palettes, but can also serve as a statement piece when paired with bold chairs or colourful accessories. For styling tips, try adding a simple arrangement of greenery or candles along the centre, and consider mixing up chair styles for a relaxed, eclectic vibe. Its clean lines make it a flexible foundation that adapts easily to different decor styles.

About Nordic Nest
An Odyssey in Scandinavian Design
Established in 2002, Nordic Nest underwent a transformation in name from Scandinavian Design Center in 2019. However, its core ethos remained unchanged - to introduce the world to the elegance and simplicity of Scandinavian interior design.
Today, it's not just a brand; it's a hallmark of premium Nordic design, offering a selection of over 30,000 products. From classic iconic pieces to contemporary marvels, the company provides a design experience that captures the very essence of a Scandinavian home - personal, timeless, and filled with memories.
Commitment to Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
Nordic Nest isn't just about aesthetics; it's also about ethics. The company stands firm on its corporate social responsibility, emphasising employee well-being, promoting diversity and gender equality, and ensuring that business practices are transparent and ethical.
They're also making strides in environmental efforts, always seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. This focus on sustainability and corporate responsibility isn't just for today, but with an eye on the future, ensuring that both their designs and their business practices stand the test of time.
Bridging Cultures Through Translation
In today's interconnected world, language shouldn't stand in the way. To ensure their customers around the world can easily browse and shop, Nordic Nest partnered with Contentor, a company specialising in translations, to offer their website in multiple languages.
Their online shop, now available in ten languages, shows their commitment to localised content, ensuring that every visitor feels a personal connection.
Working with Contentor, Nordic Nest has focused on more than just translating words. They've worked together to create a full, enjoyable shopping experience for customers everywhere.
