&Tradition Alima storage trolley varnished walnut Black & lacquered walnut
Our Stylist Says
I love this trolley for its versatile design and sophisticated mix of materials-vitrified walnut combined with matte black and lacquered finishes creates a modern, sleek aesthetic. It works particularly well in contemporary or Scandinavian interiors, adding an element of functional chic without overpowering the space. Practical styling tips include using it as a side table next to a sofa or armchair, where its storage and serving capabilities can shine. You could also style it with a stack of books, a small plant, or a decorative tray on the top, keeping essentials within reach while maintaining a clutter-free look. Its mobility makes it ideal for lounges, home offices, or even as a mobile bar cart, giving flexibility and style to everyday living.

About Nordic Nest
An Odyssey in Scandinavian Design
Established in 2002, Nordic Nest underwent a transformation in name from Scandinavian Design Center in 2019. However, its core ethos remained unchanged - to introduce the world to the elegance and simplicity of Scandinavian interior design.
Today, it's not just a brand; it's a hallmark of premium Nordic design, offering a selection of over 30,000 products. From classic iconic pieces to contemporary marvels, the company provides a design experience that captures the very essence of a Scandinavian home - personal, timeless, and filled with memories.
Commitment to Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
Nordic Nest isn't just about aesthetics; it's also about ethics. The company stands firm on its corporate social responsibility, emphasising employee well-being, promoting diversity and gender equality, and ensuring that business practices are transparent and ethical.
They're also making strides in environmental efforts, always seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. This focus on sustainability and corporate responsibility isn't just for today, but with an eye on the future, ensuring that both their designs and their business practices stand the test of time.
Bridging Cultures Through Translation
In today's interconnected world, language shouldn't stand in the way. To ensure their customers around the world can easily browse and shop, Nordic Nest partnered with Contentor, a company specialising in translations, to offer their website in multiple languages.
Their online shop, now available in ten languages, shows their commitment to localised content, ensuring that every visitor feels a personal connection.
Working with Contentor, Nordic Nest has focused on more than just translating words. They've worked together to create a full, enjoyable shopping experience for customers everywhere. This dedication to making customers happy has made Nordic Nest a favourite spot for lovers of Scandinavian design all over the world.
