Description
A sprung, supportive and durable foundation for your mattress, the Supreme divan base from Vispring offers a beautifully upholstered base, filled with all-natural materials. Individually pocketed springs respond to pressure, ensuring a perfect contour to your body in harmony with your mattress for a truly luxurious sleeping experience. This divan base sits on sturdy metal castors. Pocket springs and natural fillings Insulating wool and breathable cotton ensure good ventilation, while the pocket springs are produced in an edge-to-edge format that maintains the structure of the base and helps to keep your body weight evenly distributed. FSC-Certified Made from slow-grown Scandinavian softwood and hardwood, all timber used in this base has accreditation from the Forest Stewardship Council. The production process is monitored and all materials used can be traced to ensure responsible manufacturing. You may want to see and get a feel for the furniture in one of our shops before ordering. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
