Description
The Bouroullecs’ famous Steelwood chair now comes in shelf and table version. As its name implies, Steelwood radically combines steel and wood with assemblages that mix materials that are deliberately highly visible. A very original and surprisingly harmonious combination. The structure and feet are in solid beech painted white. The braces for assembling the uprights of the structure are made of white-painted steel sheet. The top is laminated white HPL. This hybrid silhouette gives off both a sense of modernity and a disturbing sense of familiarity. The Steelwood table forms a perfect set with the chairs from the same collection. The Steelwood table (L 180 cm x W 90 cm x H 76 cm) is also available in a solid black version and a two-tone version: natural beech / white.
