This extendible table does not include extension leaves: the extension leaves are sold separately. You have the option of inserting 1 to 4 extension leaves depending on your requirements (length of each extension leaf: L 50 cm). As such you can get a table with a length of 300 cm (with 1 extension leaf), a 350 cm long one (with 2 extension leaves), a 400 cm long one (with 3 extension leaves) and a 450 cm long one (with 4 extension leaves). The extension leaves can be very easily inserted into the central sliding mechanism of the table. If you use 3 extension leaves or more, you must use the additional support leg (to be positioned in the centre of the table): this additional leg is sold separately. Thanks to its top coated in linoleum, this table can withstand stains and be cleaned easily with a sponge. Perfect as a dining table, it forms a wonderful set with the chairs from the same collection. The adjustable length of this table makes it ideal for private spaces, but also offices and public environments, as well as for work spaces or restaurant spaces. Especially concerned with the well-being of its students, the University of Copenhagen approached the Bouroullec brothers, Erwan and Ronan, who it asked to make all of the furniture for its literature department. "It is a very interesting situation on an historical level", confided Ronan Bouroullec.
