Machine washing and ironing are not recommended for this product. If cleaning is necessary, it is advised to gently clean the item by lightly dabbing it with a soft, damp cloth. Due to meticulous packaging, certain areas of the product may exhibit slight flattening. To restore its original appearance, feel free to fluff the affected areas; doing so will not harm the tuft. If a tuft (a small loop) becomes detached, please refrain from pulling on the yarn. Instead, carefully trim the loose piece, ensuring the rest of the rug remains intact and unaffected.
